These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and DABOTA Cosmetics (“DABOTA”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate and current information.

We take care to describe and price our products accurately; however, errors may occur, and product colours may vary with your device display. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to refuse, limit or cancel any order affected by a pricing or availability inaccuracy, including after an order has been submitted.

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the relevant items. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where these terms have been breached.

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store complete card details. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Delivery timelines, costs and our returns and refunds process are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, graphics, logos and the DABOTA name and marks, is owned by or licensed to DABOTA Cosmetics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Where you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and we may moderate, edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or otherwise objectionable.

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use as directed. Skin sensitivities vary between individuals; we recommend that you review the ingredient information provided and carry out a patch test before use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek professional advice. This website does not provide medical advice.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DABOTA Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
